Very good design and idea for a bug type eeveelution.
I would suggest though that you may want to change the name from 'Inseceon' to 'Insecteon' as I think it makes a bit more sense and a little better when saying it aloud.
I do have a idea for a dual bug and poison type Eeveelution called 'Aracneon' which from the name has some spider like qualities such as multiple red or orange eyes (about 4 or 6 with them all being large at first for the front eyes but the other 2 or 4 being smaller than the other eyes).
It would have sections of its body be covered in small parts of exoskeleton that would be coloured Toxic Green with purple stripes or spots in some parts.
it would have sharp teeth with small pincers around its mouth.
I cannot think of anything else to add to it.
