*4 Months later, inside the complete and fully functional Vorastra Dreadnought*

Shenko: Although the war has only been going on for a fair number of months, the cost is already incredibly severe...every single day has been nothing but a fight to take back our homes, our colonies. The P.M.C has brought the galaxy down back into the depths of bloody conflict, devastating an already battered galaxy from the previous Great War. And although we rebuilt, we were still not prepared for what they had in store...until now that is. As of now, the human's UNSC, Swords of Sangheilios, and even our own enemies; the Dark Krosheets and the Covenant remnants, have driven back the wretched, technological force that's had us pinned against the wall during the first stages of the war. Now they're being devastated across every solar system possible thanks to our coordinated efforts and the P.M.C's lack of economics in most regions.

Requius: All...excccept for Installation 02...

Shenko: Yes...a weapon used to end the Forerunner-Flood era has now become the sight for yet another cataclysmic event...but one meant to wipe out everything but the Humans themselves...a selfish, unacceptable motivation...before that weapon however lies the largest, most powerful armada ever seen to date, one that rivals even the defense fleet that once formed around the great High Charity. But that doesn't mean it's unbreakable. We've assembled, albiet a smaller fleet, a group of ships that have far more advanced weaponry that even trumps the P.M.C's own greatest advantage, the technological edge. With these new weapons of war, we can buy the ground forces on 02 the time they need to stop the Sphere of Annihilation before it kills us all...we can't allow the P.M.C to take up the responsibility that the Forerunners once upheld...they don't deserve it.

Requius: We're coming out of Ssslipssspace in 5 minutessss...all ships, prepare to launch Wendigosss and Reapersss...

Shenko: However, just because we now have the tech advantage this time does not mean we'll come out of this unscathed...there will be casualties...there will be death...perhaps more death than one should ever see in his or her lifetime...but every individual that's prepared to go in this battle is more than prepared to go against the odds if it means saving all life around us, if it means stopping the terrible threat Dalton and General Eradicus is about to unleash...we stopped the Covenant from activating the rings...we can stop the P.M.C from activating Sphere's Solace...
