Chrollo, the head of Phantom Troupe. He is a Specialist which is rare as a hunter. He came from an abandoned city known as Meteor City with some of his Ryodan followers. His ability is stealing hunter's skill with a book named Bandit's Secret. However, Kurapika sealed his Nen by an agreement with Judgement Chain once. But now he can use his Nen again. I love this guy as an antagonist in the series. He is so youthful, calm, and charismatic.
