Yes, Sorry! But there's this thing I've seen a few times where people take a stamp ,and make two plz accounts with each half so Non-Premium members can use them too. I'll find an example for you... Here's one! And there's a few groups with a bunch... [link]

You can do this with any of my stamps if you like, but if you're going to use another artist's stamp I highly suggest you ask for permission first, or credit them in the DeviantID or Journal or something on the plz accounts. Hope this helps! <33
