Foo Fighters from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean
I drew the Foo, happy little ball of plankton.
I tried to make a clever effect but it only turned out so so. I had already drawn the whole thing so I said screw it and kept it. (It’s supposed to be water btw)
