Majin Android 21 from Dragon Ball FighterZ
I already thought Android 21 was cool, but after this form got revealed I just had to draw her.
She was originally going to be performing a ki blast, but I couldn't figure out how to draw it in my colored lineart style. So she's just posing now, I guess.
