Neo Purity: Harmonic form given to her by her mother, age 11-15
Divine Purity: Divine powers given to her by Sailor Cosmos(NQS' current form), Age 16-21(Hair crosses into interchangeable loops which she keeps even in her queen form)
Seraphic Purity: Final form given to her by Galaxia in the "Seraphic" Pool, Age 22-27 (Fight with Sailor Despair)
Goddess Purity: Upgraded final form when the Covenant's powers merges with Selena's powers to help her defeat Sailor Despair.
Princess form: Child(purple with light blue petticoat and a sky blue belt, age 5-11) Teen(Light blue with pearls adornment, white belt and purple petticoats, Age 13-19) Adult(light blue dress with pearl straps with see through petticoats, 20-25)
