I thought so too, but the Handy Unit refers to Funtime Foxy as male in sister location.
(The pronoun "he" is first used by the Angsty Teen companion voice on the second night and later by normal Handy as well. 13:34 in Mark's 1st play-though of FNAFSL if you want to hear it yourself.)
