Not necessarily, in FNAF World in the loading screen, it can show 2 pictures of phantom mangle. 1 says "Because he needed to be weirder." and the other one says "Because she needed to be weirder." So it isn't confirmed that mangle is a male or female. I say..... 85% of the FNAF fans here think mangle is female, and the 15% mangle is male. Also theirs more evidence for mangle being male or female, but i really don't want to go over it.
