I'm struck by how lifelike everything is... and at first, I thought they were in an old-fashioned apothecary, then I realised it was a bar, which gives me two viewpoints of this picture. My brain just popped out this phrase:
'If it soothes whatever ails you...'

I think calling this 'untitled' was a brilliant move. Just adds a lot of meaning to the piece because it leaves more freedom to add own interpretations.
I like all the detail in the background - it distracts, but still serves to bring out the couple.
I love how the frame is somewhat curved at the top - it just adds to the way I interpret the piece: how the lovers feel like the entire world revolves around them.

I've been doing some ink lately for school (haven't put any up here because I don't consider any of it very "good", it's just experimental and learning shiz)... this is great. You've got sort of a "fingerprint" effect going on, on the shirts and near the edges, it looks really textured and cool. Gonna have to try this out for myself...
