Description

So here's the thing about stains. They aren't paint. They don't mix. But I really wanted a stain because 1)I hate painting. 2)I am not good at painting. and 3)I wanted the faded look from the start of Rainbow Roadtrip, not the saturated end look. So instead of painting her I layered like five different colors of stain in a bajillion layers until the overall effect was...well not very close to teal, but noticably yellower than my gray stain and bluer than my yellow stains. I'm not positive that I should have gone to the trouble, because she did look pretty good unstained, but I don't mind the end result either. She was definitely a lot of fun from a figurine perspective. Pretty much from the second she appeared on the screen I knew that Kerfuffle had to be on my to-do list. And her walnut prosthetic was just so much fun to do.

Okey dokey, there may be a slight delay in the next in line because I got married and I'm off to Brazil for a couple weeks! Good times.
