Why I picked it: I'm really loving Sekken-ya right now, expect atleast one more based off a song by them. *_* That aside, it has a great beat, makes me want to do something active. They lyrics are pretty cool too, even if I only understand them by reading a translation.

About the Drawing

What I liked: I tried to include some depth of field in this one, I think it turned out pretty well if exaggerated. In general I'm starting to really like this style I've picked up, I don't have to futz about with layers and it looks pretty cool.

What I didn't like: The pose is completely off base considering what I was trying to do. To start with she's holding her swords in the wrong hands, and she was suppose to be slashing, but I based it off her standing pose without thinking about it. So what I'm trying to say is, I should have checked the model more closely instead of wasting time playing Perfect Cherry Blossom, haha.

Last Word: Paschal Moon-Reflecting Satellite Slash...This joke again huh?
I was drawing this with her move "200 Yojana in 1 Slash" in mind. For those that care; "1 yojana is the distance that the imperial army could advance in 1 day; about 10-15 km." Apparently one doujinshi tried to work out the specifics of this, and found that her theoretical top speed would be around 1/4 the speed of light.
