(next image in the series) Kelly - Medical Study Recipient - Week 2

Kelly has been my best friend ever since we were paired up as shy, geeky freshmen in high school science class. Her bold confidence has always pushed me out of my comfort zone, from joining hackathons to pulling all-nighters now at U of M where she's just down the hall.Things seemed to change a bit after she joined a medical study. She didn't tell me much other than that it was for something she's been dealing with for as long as she's known me... But ... we've shared everything, she never mentioned anything like this before.Then she asked me to take some pictures of her in one of the rooms they gave her to rest in as part of the study... I thought "Sure, she wants some pictures of her with this nice room they set her up in" except when I turned around after looking at the room, she was in her pajamas. She had me take a picture of her posing on the bed and that I had to capture her entire torso in it...Then she dropped the bombshell that she had to stay here for a month and would be doing classes remote. I was definitely going to miss her during the week, so I promised I'd visit on the weekends. She was ecstatic and said she was about to ask me to do the same.Well, next week rolls around... I open the door and wow. I give her a hug quickly in hopes that she doesn't see my reaction. We sit down and discuss how things are going. Out of the blue, she lifts her breasts up and points out, "So you know the medical study, well, it's something to fix this problem of mine. Even around you I was so embarrassed about the fact that I didn't look like how I felt I should look, I never mentioned it... The picture I had you take earlier, I wanted you to have it as a reminder of what I looked like before I've gone through these changes."Shocked at the revelation, I reply "I never knew... guess I couldn't. So it's worked already huh, is the study over?"Giggling she said, "Nope. It's not over. I have 2 more full weeks left. Can you take a picture for me again, like the last one you took?"... so I took the picture and then one for each of the next 2 weeks. After the last one she told me, "You'll have to thank Tommy for this. He's the one running this study and told me I was a star participant."A little confused I asked, "Wait, why would I thank Tommy?"Bashfully she told me, "Well... I've seen how you've looked at me since these changes and you could never hide your reaction, despite your silly attempt by hugging me!"She confessed, "I've always liked you, but always thought we'd be just friends. I feel like I can take things beyond and you would do nothing to stop me... or leave me."Melting and feeling like you've lost sense of reality, you discover your own dreams have come true... your crush confessing to you... and one of your wildest dreams coming true...
