Sooo surprise im back lol.

It’s been a wild couple of years for me, between trying to finish college, finally getting a job, working full time and other personal issues that I completely put my art and any community on the back burner. I’ve also been having major identity crises, not exactly knowing how I want to portray myself online as an artist I guess, but I feel like I should just put drawing first and figure everything else out as I go.

To put it simply, art used to be an escape for me, and although I no longer need to make art for its original intended purpose, it’s something that I figured out no one can take from me. And so I’m going to start creating a lot more.

Starting with a reference update for one of my oldest characters, Ajax. (He’s actually what I’m using for my profile picture lmao) Even though it’s been a long time since I’ve even picked up my pen, I am extremely happy with how this came out.

However I should mention - I am getting married! So just a heads up if you see any wedding/couple related personal art! My fiancé is the one who bought me a Huion Kamvas tablet for my birthday this past year and it’s been a huge factor in me getting my mojo back!

My last relationship that lasted for 3yrs ended badly, I spent a year and a half on my own and then I met someone who completes me! He’s not into any art like this by any means but he’s also challenged me to make him a character so he’s also one of the reasons why I’m drawing again!

Im just extremely happy to be back to my old but new and improved self and I’m really excited about creating art again!
