Description
My shiny version artwork for Feebas. Feebas has always been a favorite of mine - it's one of my favorite non-legendaries (tied at the top with every other non-legendary I like). I wanted to capture its ugliness, a trait I adore it for, in the artwork, so I gave it a braindead expression and made sure it looked boney. xPPlease don't use any of my artwork, including this piece, without my permission.
