I really wanted to finish this fellow's intro-chapter before officially introducing him, but my writing schedule is packed full. Context will have to just come later. Needless to say, he has been underground for a long time by the time K. gets to him.
Also, this makes a second finished comic under my belt! Yay!
(I will continue to celebrate these successes, because... well, go ahead, look through my gallery [if you dare]. A decade's worth of failed attempts at comic-ing will make actually finishing these feel really good.)
