i agree, the water is a bit too out of focus, but overall the composition is nice

I'm just a beginner to photography but here's my opinion anyway.
I like the yellow light, it gives the pavement an interesting colour and it looks like an interesting texture.
The main thing in focus is the horizontal bars but they tend to lead my eyes into the murky water and the ambiguous shadow.
I get the idea the murky water would be more interesting to me if I knew what that shot looked like during daylight
