I don't know exactly what you're talking about but if the whole screen is white then i think you're flash might not be working or it has been disabled. If you are talking about when you make your troll's sign then you don't draw between the instructions like it looks like you're supposed to do (or at least it did for me). You're supposed to draw on your troll's shirt, and yeas it works if you click of the board.

My fantroll has two sets of horns (one little more than underdeveloped nubs, even smaller than Karkat's), but there is no option for that :\
