The reason this is not free, is because of the bad experiences people have. Millions and millions of people upload these "base-edits" where they simply just went on mspaint, copied the base in and used the brush tool and drew the most bare-basic ocs, some even recolouring cannon pictures. I would be fine with this, if they actually credited or followed the rules.
I'd just like to clarify:
Saying base used is not credit.
You have to do : dev basemakersusername : without the spaces, or something in that range which means people can click and/or see who the basemaker is.
