I like the buildings in the picture. It is not only a beautiful photo but it also showing industry invaiding nature. You have this beautiful landscape and heres humans sticking their foot in and trying to distroy everything beautiful. Very nice piece.

mmmm.... another quality effort, and a new for ken. its definately the inclusion of the ducks in this image that bring it to life for me, without them the effect would be lost, they add that sense of life. up before the world on an early morning, with the sense of industry and the world just beckoning in the background. the shooting in to the sun has caused the light behind the towers to wash out. a little edit on the shot could try and repair the loss of the colour on this part of the sky on what otherwise is a superb effort.

i tried adjusting the colors so that the sun was a little less bright but then i lost the purple tone i had so just settled for the middleground, but if where to add a little more yellow with color balance the sun gets a little more colors.

The colors are really nice, very serene. The group of birds in the foreground really shake the image up a bit, which is good. It prevents it from being too boring. The only thing I could complain about is the distracting buildings and poles in the center. But I can't really fault you for that because there doesn't appear to be any way around it. Overall, it's a very nice image.

My fave out of the two. I especially like the faint pink in the sky and the reflection on the sand. Definately worthy of a from me. I'm a sucker for sunsets
