A Galaxy Survry Corps member, A cursed mask, and the lamenting expression on his face after.
This was thought back and forth between a post tf, or simply an Alpha Hisuian Zoroark pretending to be human. Commissioner decided it was going to be the Former, and there may be some more in the future with this idea, but this image can work both ways. I do like both ideas and can see how this might be some zoroark who wanted to be among humans, but feels ashamed in doing so.
