When does it Happen? - It sometimes Happens when she's going into the Water. But only SOMETIMES. It could mean like Rarely.

Any New Powers? - No new Powers. She has the Same Powers like Before. The only Ability that is there, that she could Swim fast.

Does the Character Like that Form? - She Likes that Form Mostly because She can Swim Faster, and also as she was a little Kid, she always Belived in Mermaids.

Alrighty, So I've been Drawing Randomly already a Form of Vanni. Even if the Bio and other Things for Vanni aren't there Yet. xD Anyway, So I've been also Trying to Draw another Tool on DeviantArt Muro. As you can See. xD I tried something New at least. :3c So, Hope chu Like it.
