Part of my Power Rangers series The Fall

Bulk was a bit of a bully in high school. But when the Power Rangers arrived in Angel Grove, he became such a fan that it actually drove him to be a better person. Now decades after the defeat of the Power Rangers at the hands of Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier is the owner of Bulkmeier's, a dive bar that secretly sheltered one of Emperor Zedd's most wanted.

So for Bulk I had to basically did was make the micro, then I decided the body type was way off and made tweaks until I felt I got it right. My plans for Bulk is that he has taken over Ernie's as in a slightly darker version of his fate in Wild Force. For now the idea is that Skull, Stone, & Phenomenus went missing leaving Bulk all alone. At some unknown point in time he joined up with Tommy Oliver and slowly they put together a small rebellion of familiar faces...One of a few rebel forces.
