Normal quest 5: A Sudden Downpour!

Far off in an icy wasteland, a place typically plagued by constant blizzards, there has been a sudden bout of severe rainstorms instead! You've been tasked with going in and finding out what the heck is going on - and stopping it - before the rain washes all of the ice-type Pokemon away!

Stop That Rainstorm!

The source of the unnatural rainstorm was caused by a misunderstanding between the local pokemons and a traveling group! A politoed, poliwag and pelipper were travelling through the icy wasteland when out of nowhere, a smoochum aproached them. The young poliwag invited the other youth to play but they both got a lil too excited and rough. A nearby mamoswine, who knew the small smoochum, begun to approach as it was worried either of them got hurt. However, because of it's huge and intimidating look, the politoed saw it as a threat and initiated battle, which triggered it's ability "drizzle".
The two pokemon begun to fight, both fighting for the same goal, to protect the young. The pelipper would oftentimes switch with the politoed and continue fighting, prolonguing the rain. Soon enough, many other local ice pokemon started to get bothered by this phenomena and upon finding the two unfamiliar, and now unwelcomed, guests, they also joined in the fight, aiming to push these two intruders away. None of them realized the poliwag and smoochum had run away in fear. The battlefield, which was usually covered in snow, was now slippery and full of myd and water, everyone was struggling to keep their footing and properly fight. Just then, Nigel sent out Mirame, inmediately putting this useless dispute onto a halt, for the sudden appearance of a chien-pao would surely shock everyone. Nigel and Seargal had just arrived, the didn't know what was happening but seeing as there were pokemons capable of making it rain, they decided it would be wise to first stop the fight. Seeing as they wouldn't be able to properly communicate with the natives, Seargal called Teardrop out. Whit her help and ability "Telepathy", they soon understood the context for the brawl and were able to explain the situation to both sides. By the time they finished talking, the rain had stopped and snowclouds started to form in the sky again.
