I like to think this drawing took place after the secret of the omnitirx, or, after the secret of the omnitirx, azmuth agrees to help Ben and trixie free the aliens completely from the omnitrix, because back then, they managed to only get 5 aliens out for help.
So yea, the aliens still lived inside the Omnitrix through the summer.
After summer, max showed them an old plumber base outside Bellwood city for them to use as their new home.

Anyway to the drawing, after the summer, because of trixie’s robotic features, she decided to stay in the base with the aliens, they took her in and treated her like part of the family, even tho she wasn’t familier with that feeling just yet.
Graymatter is helping trixie out to know if she can figure other possibilities about the omnitrix.
