Oh boy, here we go.

Sparky was a animatronic character that was to be in line with the ever growing "Fredbear and Friends" phrase with the intention of making occasional surprise appearances that kids wouldn't forget at birthday parties, giving them more reason to come back. However, William implanted a prototype A.I. in him underneath Fazbear Entertainment's noses and checked on it routinely. It wasn't until Sparky suddenly went berserk and malfunctioned during preparations for a party. The Shadows of William's past gave him knowledge, nearly on a omnipotent level, but it was to much for him to bear. William decided to send him down to the facility for Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals, chain him up in an isolated blank room, and left him there to rot.

Additional Information:
Sparky, now being omnipotent, knows about William's murders (which was the main reason William got rid of him), which kid is in what suit, who Baby really is, etc.
The Shadows occasionally visit him, mostly to ask him questions about what's to come in the future. They didn't expect him to gain that much knowledge but whatever.
Lolbit does know about his existence but doesn't even bother trying to fix him. There's not that much left to fix anyway.
None of the Circus Baby's animatronics know about him.
His A.I. fries out after the events of FNAF 6. His body, however... i dunno.
He is a skinny, tall boi.
