↳ an endlessly happy-go-lucky kit, sweetkit has a tendency to be shy but cheerful regardless. she almost always has a smile on her face, and curiosity in her heart, but oftentimes she's too nervous to go out and satisfy her curiosity. as much as she loves to meet new people, she finds it hard to. she doesn't like to let her shyness define her, but oftentimes it does anyway, and she ends up trying to sneak away from conversations. that being said, she LOVES groups and public events, especially where she can meet a dozen cats. she's easily emotionally exhausted, but seems to have limitless energy physically. she often tends to force herself to do things even if she's tired, though, which can lead to tears or a spike of fear. although it doesn't happen often, she'll grow to control it, even if it's not the best for her.

↳ pre birth, sweetkit was born to two parents of a backyard breeder. this breeder in particular was more curious about genetics than breeding specific cats, so sweetkit was essentially the kit of two alley cats that this breeder picked up. their names were josie and jacqueline - though sweetkit did not know them for long.
↳ kithood, soon enough, she and her siblings were given to a different twoleg. however, sweetkit, so young and nervous, did not do well with other cats in a brand new environment. even her siblings frightened the young kitten to the point of hiding or attacking. she was named gobstopper, and her siblings were named nerds and twix, and were rowdy beyond gobstopper's capacity to deal. her twolegs were very accommodating, and the young kit adored them. slowly but surely, she got used to nerds and twix, even if she did still have times where she did nothing but hid. during one of those times, her brothers found her. through fortune of an open window, gobstopper escaped the house and the yard. luckily, her brothers, although they were excitable, were not near as curious as she was, and thus did not know how high they could jump yet. they didn't follow her. she ran and ran into the woods, before she finally curled up and cried, afraid of every little rustle in the wilderness outside. she yowled and wailed, until a tom named tawnyspots found her. of course, she was afraid at first, but he took the time to help her relax. and, soon enough, she found herself at ease near this tom, cheerily bouncing by him and greeting him. he gave her the name sweetkit, and took her to leafclan. the adjustment period was surprisingly short, though perhaps that was due to all the other stimuli already making her nervous. soon enough, she was calling tawnyspots 'dad', although was a bit shy about it at first. finally, somewhere she could let her personality shine through.
