So i decided to re use the concept from my soul eater fan character and make it into a different incarnation not exactly a true new art submission but it's new in that his weapons are not the same nor how he himself functions.

Name: Stark Solitaire
Weapons: Sovereign Arc and Sylax
Abilities: Pathokinesis
Style: Arcane Warrior
Age: 19
Skills: Trauamatic Frost, Venomous Rage, Burn recollection: melt, Pain Recollection Cut, Hybrid skill: Threshold Rend.

Bio: Stark is an untrained pathokinetic which means he lacks the ability to control his abilities and only kinda triggers them based upon needs. He is idealistic,polite, masochistic and also in combat Sadistic. He has a strong sense of justice and his most powerful emotions are Love and Rage. When driven by one of the 3 motivators he can accomplish things most normal people just cannot grasp. The Sovereign Arc chose Stark based upon the fact his heart is pure ignoring the twisted nature and orientations of his mind. So long as Stark let's his heart lead him the Sovereign Arc will remain his. The Sylax is Stark's own weapon of his own design and is essentially made based upon a sickle and an axe in a more simplistic form than the sovereign arc.
