AWWW!!! it's so cute and I love the shading. the eyes are such a pretty shade of blue!! I really love how you did the paws. Short and simple. Nice and easy. Most people don't go for that part of originality anymore. I love that tuft of hair on the head. I've always found that to look quite pretty. The tail looks awesome too. It's a little different from what you would usually see in an eevee, but that is okay. I like to see the differences. I think that that makes a good artist, being different and standing out from the rest. Over all, a great job from a great and seemingly talented artist.

This is amazing! The shading and lighting is perfect and I love glow effect on the hair, ears, mane and tail.
The pose is awesome and love how you draw paws and tails.
I already gave you a hard time about the ears not having insides but that's not a big deal (X3 I think I actually prefer it this way to be honest...)
The is really small which makes Eevee look adorable but It would have looked a little better with slightly bigger eyes and more detailed (but the angry eyes just look so adorable).
Other than those two miner nit-picks this looks amazing, you're really improving! ^^
