Kinda difficult to see in that video. Is there any english text? At 50 minutes it's a bit long, I think it's best for a tutorial to be short and be spoken, or even just some more inbetween drawings on here. But I can tell from that picture alone how to break it down and work out how to do it, it's useful when it's just a leg floating in white space like that! It makes it easier to work out how to do it.
