The true form looks like a gray dragon
The Physical form looks like a dark blue Hedgehog with black hat and black cloak

Powers: Mind-control/Coordinate transmission

Features:Full understanding of the laws and rules of the Mobian world

Backstory:there is two kinds of Highest:
Highest and Highest Walker（or Highest traveler）and Xyang is one of Highest Walker who don't want to destroy the Mobius and try to build a friendship between Highest and demon,Highest always wanna destroy Highest Walker but it always not use.

Xyang lived in green hill,but one day,the green hill is destroyed with boold and death and he knowed the.first demon called Sark,meanwhile,Highest try to launch the First World War,Xyang want to stop it,so he made a less friendship with Sark and try to stop Highest,but unfortunately,Xyang was betraied and killed by Sark,but Xyang used his less power trasmiting on The Death Egg Zone
he saw a bule Hedgehog called Sonic just destroyed the Death Egg Zone,Xyang catched Sonic's body and controled his mind,using high speed to find a safe places,luckily,the First Word War is end,so he back to the Mobius and know the demon called Exetior and the other demon called Exeboss[he actually design my image],who gave him a black hat and black cloak,but he know Sark is still alive.......

The ending of Xyang is dying in Second World War,but before Xyang's death,he create a Shelter which called "The Xyang's World".

Xyang's hat can make Sonic calm down and it is actually an engine of Coordinate transmission,Xyang's cloak can defense all the magical power.
