Hello followers!
Here is the character I just adopted from as part of her Impulse control disorder (ICD) series! I do not claim this design as my own, I only adopted her.
I'm not quite sure what I'll do with her exactly, but an idea danced around in my head and I liked it. I'm hoping to tweak her design here and there for future use and I'll be sure to upload when she's complete.
