Barbara Gordon from Batman TAS. Something I did during the quarantine, it wasn't easy. Please comment but go easy as this is my first art. I have a few more pieces that' I'll upload in my own time. Since she's in college in the show, she's an adult so don't complain. DC owns the character, not me.I don't have a story for why she got caught so feel free to make your own assumptions.
