Boss is the deity of time. Creator of all Arglwydd Amsers, those who make sure history stays in tact and nothing ruins fate. Boss is revered and followed by them like a God.

Boss regrets many things that Boss has done in the name of fate and time. Including killing all of the early arglwydd amsers except the very first one . And, sometimes, Boss wishes that anyone else could do this. But they can't. Only Boss is fated to do this.

Boss found comfort in loving Gwendolyn , an arglwydd amers, but even that was screwed up in the name of fate. Boss wishes desperately to go back and fix what they had. But it has already happened. No fixing the past for creatures such as they. It doesn't help that Boss had to make another arglwydd amser Gwendolyn was close to, Illendra , die in the name of fate.

Boss is desperately trying to be better, giving the arglwydd amsers freedoms that Boss wouldn't have given them in the beginning. And Boss has stopped making more of them unless necessary, seeing the evil in creating creatures who know what time has to offer. But, Boss knows that, when it comes down to it, Boss is the villain. The one in charge of all the bad things that happen.

Because of this, Boss can be cold and distant. Not really making connections anymore and just going through the motions. It's not uncommon for Boss to go through an entire conversation one sidedly before the conversation partner has even really gotten close to Boss. It makes Boss a bit scarey and hard to approach. But, that's fine. Less people Boss can hurt because fate needs to happen.
