Alright, this is majorly a "look-at-pics-and-read-translation" devi...From top to bottom, reading me in the lower right corner last ((Grammar is corrected/elucidated from literal translations)):
Wayne: Oh my God, Garth, how can I speak German? I know no German! ((Should've been: "I don't even know German!")) This is "bogus"!
Garth: Oh, Wayne, I don't know, but it's not so bad! You can help C with her homework!
Wayne: SHE DOESN'T NEED HELP!
Garth: Er...good thinking.
Carley: Wayne, I find it great that you can speak German!
Wayne: I find it not great that I can speak German!
