Powers/Abilities: Able to control the wind
Creates smaller tornadoes.
Can change size up to 255 ft.
Flight
Can catch projectiles and throw them back
Despite having no ears, can hear incredibly well, about 560 mi is his limit.
Can blast huge scythe gales of wind
Can change the temperature of the wind from burning to below freezing.
Can separate into smaller tornadoes to overpower criminals and reform.

Weaknesses: Explosions can cause him to disperse.
Cause damage and pulls things out of the ground unintentionally.
When he separates, his powers are weakened because it takes a toll on him.

Species: Ventusictuentar

Info: Despite looking evil, what with the red eyes, Ventusictuentars are very peaceful. They tend not to get involved in galactic wars, unless something they feel is incredibly unlawful is when they get involved. And they actually have great rage built up deep, deep inside them.
Their home planet is nothing but huge canyons and cliffs. Building things tends to go array very fast. It also has somewhat of a huge force field of clouds and wind currents protecting them. This makes it incredibly hard to touchdown on the planet.
