that list is rather full, kinda scary actually. also makes me wonder how the executions would work, i mean a pegasus could fly if one attempted to hang them and unicorns would be kinda immune to being beheaded since they could simply lift whatever implement is used with magic

wing tying is a fair point, though if i remember correctly, the only way to block magic was with Chrysalis's throne, but it was completely destroyed. the only other way to prevent the use of magic seen in the show was when Tirek sucked the magic out of everyone. can't remember if we saw any other magic prevention methods are present in the show

Yeah, when they went to the Crystal Empire for the - was it the "Equestria Games", I think? They blocked everypony's magic who entered. Didn't even need a physical horn ring or anything. Just had them walk through a thing and bam.

'cause you can probably do some crazy stuff with magic.
Especially since she's the princess of dreams. Lucid dreams, illusions, or stuff to even do it but bring ponies back to life after or something. Who knows what she gets up to with over a century of alicorn magic practice... (latest episode gave us canon! Celestia and Luna ruled together for a little over a century before she went Nightmare Moon).
