Eh. I just wanted to make something "cute" and decided on "knives" as a theme. I really like blades with this cartoony look. But I would imagine most of it "isn't sharp" outside of the arm blades.
I have no idea what I'll formally name her, as of now, sooooooooo we'll cross that bridge once we get to it. Definitely not something like Knifa. That...would be very on-the-nose.
