You'll need three roses and shovel....just plant the three roses next to that thing in the north outskirts (I'm not sure if that's something like a shelter or what)

there a big puzzle. first, therea a green trashcan next to Xoglas store. click it. you get a pencil. then go to Alix he gives you a paper clip. go to the cop. he gives you sissors. go to the flowershop guy (iforgot his name)he'll give u a knife go to Elias he'll give you a screwdriver. go to Xogla and he'll give you a magnfying glass. go to Tarrance. he'll give you -drum roll- A LINT BRUSH! (xD)
ok then go to mr. Toko. he'll give you a flash light witch lets you unlock sky at the old factory nnoth of the cop station.

How to unlock Veon:
-Go to "West Street".
-Click on the bowl next to the flower shop and you will find a red marker.
-Then go to "South Outskirts" and click on some drawing on the floor. It will turn out to be a bird.
Karina (Or whatever you called her) will draw a sun with the red marker.
-Go back everyday and click on the drawing.
-If you go back on the sixth day, you'll see that the bounty hunters have caught Veon.
-Choose "Watch over Veon".
-Go to "Farther Outskirts".
-Go to "???".

you need the red marker,you find it in the west street in the blue boal,the you go to the south outskirts and click on the drawing with the bird,you click next and Karina will draw something else.you keep going these way for 3-4 day (i don't remember exacly) because on every day you'll find another mysterious drawing.the,after 3-4- days,you'll find there Elias and Terra with Veon cought,and choose to watch over him,you'll release him and that's it

do you know where the woods are (you need a shovel and 12 roses for this) click around what looks sorta like yellow grass and it will ask you if you want to plat roses there plant all 12 roses (not sure but you can rest and come back or just come back when you plant all roses i hope this helped

Oh sorry, totally read that wrong. You need the shovel and you need to plant three roses, in the Northern area, infront of the factory. Sorry for the confusion.

you need to buy 12 roses from the flower shop dude (aiden) when your done buying them he will give you a shovel
