We meet Kisara at the very end of the yugioh series, she was a girl in ancient egypt during the time Yami was pharaoh, she's mostly the "spirit" of the blue eyes white dragon. Wikipedia probably explains it better

don't worry I think he'll always be a business man forever as well, besides Kisara died a VERY long time ago, so unless he gets married to his blue eyes he'll always be the same old grumpy business man. glad you liked it and faved it though
