Description
Pathfinder #7;Curse of the Crimson Throne Chapter 1: "Edge of Anarchy"Another illustration done for Paizo. I really like how this one turned out and it is definitely one of my favorites! A larger version can be found on the Paizo blog for anyone who is interested in seeing the "highres" version. You'll have to look back a bit however.

It looks great! I Love it...... and i'd hate to be a complainer >_<, really i do but I'm a BIG stickler for anatomy, especially animals. From the angle in the pic with the color of the sharks skin it looks like you made the tail horizontal like a dolphin or a whale, when a sharks tail is actually vertical. Its just constructive criticism in case you do more sharks, dont think i'm being mean please because other than that the color, shading, detail and everything else looks awesome! ^^

Actually i looked at the tail closer .. hmm .. it seems it is actually Horizontal in the pic but the body of the shark is bended which gives the feeling it is vertical ( check the colors of the stomach and back of the shark .. the stomach color continues on one side of the tail while the back color on the other side ... indicating the tail is actually horizontal )
I think it is hard for someone like him to miss this fact ... i'm not sure sharks can bend their bodies like that or not but still it looks cool and fantastic all the way even if the tail was vertical ^_^

lol yes it is great, i'm jealous of how awesome it all looks compared to my skill level at coloring like that >_>. Thats what i ment, with the skin colors and the actual shape or anatomy of its tail it just didn't look right.... i hope the artist doesn't get mad at me -___-'

I don't mean to alarm you, but the tail's wrong on your shark. It's a dolphin's tail. The way you coloured it looks like it should flatten out horizontaly.

I don't remember what originally got me to like your work, but you keep putting enough quality stuff out that makes me think I'd have ended up as a watcher of yours at some point or another. I think the water effect came out really nice, and you're phenomenal with detail as usual. Great work!

First off WOW! Outstanding work. Your style has a natural media painted look which I am always trying to achieve. And the composition oozes dynamism. My one criticism being that everything below the waterline could do with being slightly distorted to improve the underwater effect. However, I can understand totally why you might have utilized a little 'artistic license' in order to preserve the beautiful sweeping lines of the sharks underbelly.
