I think one of the lines there is a reference to one of Smosh's sketches. I haven't watched their channel in a while.
Ian and Anthony normally have 2 eyes... 2*2 is 4. By the 4th panel, Ian and Anthony combined have 3 eyes that have been transformed... HALF-LIFE 3 CONFIRMED.
