It's been a while since I've posted something up huh? Well regardless, I really wanted to post this up mainly to brag about how awesome my comeback with this person was. Again, much like last time I posted up my response to an unsatisfied person, I am not trying to start a conflict with them (hence why I smudged their username) , I merely wanted to show off what I wrote.ΒCause when it comes down to digimon, IT'S ON! Keeping in mind of course that I'm NOT normally the kind of person who smack talks others just cause they have a difference in opinion than me, but NO ONE disses digimon. It's one of my BIGGEST fandoms that I will go crazy about andΒ I shall defend it in all it's glory.
That and, seriously? Did this person even WATCH digimon? *scratches head like crazy in irritation* Gaaaah! Stupid ignorance!
I don't know, what do you guys think? Any other digimon fans out there? ^^

Well, pokemon wasn't bad at first. Looking back (cause lets face it, as a child you totally missed those adult jokes hidden in there) there were actually some pretty good moments during the first season or so (James and Brock are the best!) Heck even the first movie was fantastic! (by which I mean the Japanese english sub one. Not that the americanized version wasn't good, but the story they use is COMPLETELY different! I mean, they even cut out the baby Mewtwo scenes at the beginning which they should of damn well known that every pokemon fangirl wanted to see! I mean come on! Tell me how this is NOT the most adorablest thing you've ever seen :

It was later on in the series when they added different characters and "contests" *gag* when the story started going bad. Also I liked a few of there comics as well. (random fact, did you know that in some of the comics pokemon could actually die? And I don't mean ghost in Lavender Town, I mean dead as in cut in half : 25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lgi⦠) At times the comics could be dark and I think because of that made some of them actually very interesting to read, but most of them turned out to be just plain stupid and silly. So you gotta dig around until you find the good ones.
I know it seems weird for me to ramble on like this, since I was all "Go Digimon! Boo unoriginal Pokemon" in my comment above, but I guess what I'm trying to say is is that the Pokemon story arch wasn't all THAT BAD, it just wasn't all that original (which actually isn't all that bad and I say this because when they did try to go more original, like adding contests, it actually made it worse even though it was fine just the way it was). It's when people say Digimon ripped off pokemon when pokemon themselves isn't all that original to begin with while digimon was that makes me mad ( I mean if people are gonna make complaints like that then why aren't they making arguments like "Yu-gi-oh ripped off pokemon since they use creatures to battle and use cards instead of pokeballs and star chips instead of badges". cause THAT would actually make more since).

My OTP huh? I guess I still ship Tai and Matt, but I also like TK Kairi and Izzy Mimmi even though they're straight pairings ( although there was a moment in my life that I did actually like Tai Izzy but then I saw Tai and Matt hold hands and I was like "ship for life!!" XD )
Oh oh!! And I LOVE NeoTai from the manga!! XD

Wow, I'm surprised at how hard it is to find this series online. It used to be easy! But I think I actually found a cite that works and has all of them ( hopefully )
