One of my favorite twist ties with a partner I miss in rope. It was the days I learned about active and standing splits, ankle weights, strength in flexibility. We communicated well in rope - for example, she would be paying attention to how a twisty stretchy tie felt the whole time and notify me as soon as it started to feel tired... I very much enjoy her coming up in my feed once in a while - she has grown so much as a movement artist. And always helps me discover cool vibe spots in town I never knew about.
