This is the beautiful Static theme for WinXP. I like that desktop a lot right now, so I wanted kindly to share it with ya.Enjoy it!
Credit for the theme goes to Xcert, and the winamp skin is called "Phase Change". The icons (most of them is a collection I've found over the net) and some others (three of them actually, including the IE icon) were modified by me. The wallpaper's also by me (it's simple, clean and I like it).
