I've wanted to host something like this for a while,, and with me having a decent amount of money to do this with,, I don't have reason not to!
You don't necessarily have to be a watcher to join in with this, but it is preferred.
To participate in this you must share the journal, so it spreads around and anyone whose into contests like this gets a chance to join and possibly win some money! ;v;
Second requirement is to draw a piece of one or more of the chosen characters. You can submit more than one piece, I won't limit anyone, but I do recommend you focus on quality over quantity as these will be judged on the amount of effort we can see you put into each submission separately.

I'm not overly stern on what you can or can't draw my characters doing, but try to keep the piece relevant to their personalities etc.
