Funny... while I will admit he looks a bit like Wesker, he looks a lot more like Jason Lennon, AKA the Ogre from the TV series Gotham (Ogre is a serial killer who often charms women into falling in love with him with absolute, unconditional love, only to end up killing them, and nearly killed Barbara Kean before James Gordon gave him a bullet to the head).
