For those who had issues with the error --The object “layer “Fondo”” is not currently available.-- "Fondo" means Background in Spanish, so those who has Photoshop in english (as me) or any other language other than spanish, you can re-write that part of the action by doing the following:
1. Stop the action when the error appear.
2. Press the "record" button and just select your background layer.
3. Usually the next step is "Merge Layer" which I had issues recognizing that too, so after selecting the background layer, I activate the command to "merge visible", then I press "Stop recording".
4. After doing this, 2 new actions appear: "Select layer Background" (which will replace "Select layer Fondo") and "Merge Visible" (which will replace "Merge layers").
You can replace these 2 on every part of the Action is needed.

With PS CS 6 i got for all actions the failures: "Object Fondo is not available" and after that "the command reduce to one layer is not available. (sorry i use a german version so i can´t tell you the exact wording)
