[Personality]Itotia was told to have been an innovative and extroverted person since their early youth. Naturally talented, they quickly mastered the majority of skills expected of the Shepherd, rarely causing any trouble for the priests responsible for their education. While lacking interest in arts and literature, the Dragonborn possessed an outstanding sense for strategy and combat, allowing them to solve conflicts of duty within a collected mind.

Aiming for the union of the local provinces, their desire for compromises in political conflicts was a trait respected by many, especially after it leading to an alliance with one of the most infamous conquerors of the then ongoing era, Nevaeh.

Due to their approachable personality, Itotia was celebrated and loved by the public, as well as those who worked in their service. Even those of 'impure' blood were considered equal in their eyes, which would often lead to debates among the clash between purebloods and those who wished to discard of old traditions for the sake of love and peace.

Despite their popularity, there were rumors about Itotia having secrets from the Aetherbed priests and authorities which they would only share with their trusted general Nevaeh - rumors which were deemed baseless anti-Shepherd propaganda upon their sudden death, given no proof ever surfacing.
[Trivia]• Being a Dragonborn, Itotia was the only Shepherd who came into existence without living through a physical childhood, other than the First. According to Aetherbed records, they directly emerged from the Aetherbed Stream upon the death of the Third Shepherd.
• As a Quetzalcoatl Dragonborn, Itotia had a strong connection to the wind element. Had they been in need of a familiar, they likely would have received a Wind type.
• Itotia had a huge influence on the movement against hybrid discrimination in their original world, their efforts resulting in the awakening of the Festival of Unity.
