OKAY, First off i think overall its amazing, creative and unique. I love that she's wearing glasses, because not many photo's nowadays represent girls like myself who have sight problems xD i live that you got a little theme going with the british flag, and where did you get that umbrella?!? Her expression is thoughtful and striking and the lighting is very good
Bad points are (unless its intentional) The background is kind of blurry and i've had liked to have seen a little more detail into that, maybe a little more in the hair and jewelry department? Because for an outfit like that and maybe this is just me, but i'd have worn more bracelets and stuff xD

Thank you so much for the pointers and heads up~ I only edited the desaturation, I never touched the bg (aside from that) and that must've been my photographer that gave of that effect. As for jewelry, well... let's just say I literally went through my closet and glabbed whatever I had that would fit my attire. My ribbons on my hair are covered because of perspective but in general I really appreciate it
